That’s it for the Steps to Wellbeing module, there’s just a couple of things to remember before you go:
What did you think?
If you haven’t already, please let us know what you thought of the module by filling out our evaluation form:
Do you need evidence of your learning?
You could get an Adult Achievement Award based on the learning you did in this module. You’ll use your notes from the reflection activities as evidence, so half the work is already done.
Or if you prefer, we can organise a certificate of completion to show you’ve finished, but this is not a recognised qualification because it won’t be formally assessed.
Contact Dundee Carers Centre to request a certificate or accreditation.
If you haven’t already, sign up to our newsletter to stay up to date with news and opportunities from Dundee Carers Centre by signing up to the monthly e-newsletter. Click here to enter your details.
Where to next?
Don’t forget to regularly review your plans, and adapt them as you go.
And remember: it’s just as important to celebrate your achievements as it is to notice when things didn’t go to plan.
Are you ready to go to the next module in the series? Bumps in the Road is all about the things that get in the way of staying well and how to manage when it happens.
There’s a list of all the links mentioned in the module available on the Carers Wellbeing Journey page in case you need to find a resource again
If you have questions about the module or would like advice about future learning, please contact Dundee Carers Centre and ask for the learning & development worker, or ask your carer support worker if you have one.
