Congratulations!

That’s it for the Bumps in the Road module, there’s just a couple of things to remember before you go:

What did you think?

If you haven’t already, please let us know what you thought of the module by filling out our evaluation form:

Do you need evidence of your learning?

You could get an Adult Achievement Award based on the learning you did in this module. You’ll use your notes from the reflection activities as evidence, so half the work is already done.

Or if you prefer, we can organise a certificate of completion to show you’ve finished, but this is not a recognised qualification because it won’t be formally assessed.

Contact Dundee Carers Centre to request a certificate or accreditation.

Where to next?

Don’t forget to regularly review your plans, and adapt them as you go.

And remember: it’s just as important to celebrate your achievements as it is to notice when things didn’t go to plan.

Are you ready to go to the next module in the series? Crossroads is about staying well through major changes, both the ones you plan for and the ones that just happen to you whether you like it or not.

There’s a list of all the links mentioned in the module available on the Carers Wellbeing Journey page in case you need to find a resource again
