Penumbra Nova & self-harm services
Recovery focused support for adults aged 16+ who live in Dundee and are experiencing varying degrees of mental health difficulties. Person centred planning is used to identify personal goals and aspirations.
The team work with individuals to explore self-management tools and resources that promote positive well-being. Support is also provided to access community groups and resources – whether this be a hobby or interest, educational opportunity or voluntary or paid work. Well-being workshops and social groups are also offered.
Alongside Recovery Practitioners, support is also provided by Peer Workers who have their own lived experience of mental health recovery.
The Service accepts self-referrals.
