Dundee Carers Centre and the Self-directed Support Service have created a suite of accessible online learning modules for individuals considering or currently employing Personal Assistants through Self-directed Support. The modules, which will be launched on Tuesday 9 May 2023, aim to summarise the different options with information, advice, and resources, along with support to navigate the SDS process.
There are 3 modules available for employers to take:
- Introduction to Self-directed Support
- Self-directed Support Option 1
- Becoming a PA Employer
“We are excited to bring these modules to the general public. We felt that there was a need for a tool that people could use to explore and find out about Self-directed Support at their own pace and time.
