National Care Service – Keeping Care Support Local Survey

The National Carer Service Participation Team has launched a survey to help inform the ‘keeping care support local’ co-design theme within the National Care Service.

The survey asks about how people’s experience of accessing social care support and community health services is shaped by their local area.

They also want to know how people would like to participate in decisions about how services are managed in their local area.

You can access the survey using this link: https://response.questback.com/scottishgovernment/ncslocalcare

Who should complete the survey?

The survey is for people who:

  • use care support services
  • are unpaid carers
  • are paid workers at any level

Please share the survey link with your colleagues and people your organisation supports.

How will we use the survey results?

Results from the survey will be used to design how local services will be delivered and managed within the National Care Service.

When will the survey close?

The survey will be open until 11.59 pm on Monday 7 August.
