Launch of Compass App to support young disabled people transition to adulthood

Compass is an online tool that aims to assist young people, their parents and carers, and the professionals who support them in Scotland with the transition to young adult life.

The app was developed by ARC Scotland and was made possible through funding from the Scottish Government. Compass is now freely accessible to young people, their carers, and the professionals who assist them.

It caters to young people who are preparing for a transition, as well as parents and carers of young people aged 14-26 who require additional support, such as those with learning disabilities, physical or mental health issues, autism, complex or profound disabilities, or those with experience of care.

Additionally, there is a Compass version for professionals and practitioners who aid young people and their families during the transition to young adult life.
