The Scottish Government has created a survey to explore different ways of signposting carers to wider support services.
This survey is for unpaid carers and organisations who work with unpaid carers. This could include local authorities, national carer organisations and local carer support services.
Your feedback will help the Scottish Government make changes that are based on the opinions of carers and carer support services. Your opinions will help inform the development of future signposting materials for carers.

You can complete the survey online. It should take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
