Dundee Integration Joint Board are currently developing their next Strategic Plan and is looking for views from local people, carers, and the workforce.
In 2022 the Dundee Integration Joint Board (IJB) heard views from a wide consultation exercise. The IJB decided that the Health and Social Partnership Strategic Plan would be extended until 2023.
The Vision for this extended plan is that ‘Each citizen of Dundee will have access to the information and support that they need to live a fulfilled life’.
The extended plan included new actions under the 4 priorities:
- Health Inequalities
- Early Intervention and Prevention
- Locality Working and Engaging with Communities
- Models of Support/Pathways of Care
