Eating well for carers

Having a well-balanced diet can improve your energy levels, fitness and overall wellbeing but when you’re busy caring it can be confusing and time consuming to work out what’s best to eat.

This module explains what we mean by a well-balanced diet and gives you simple nutrition knowledge so that you can put it to use in your day-to-day life.
