Recently many of us suffered a loss where we were not able to go to a funeral or even meet up with family and friends.
This workshop will look at different ways you can remember a loved one and give a little space to think happy thoughts about them.
Please note: this is not a therapeutic space and therefore isn’t appropriate if you are experiencing acute feelings of grief or loss. If you are unsure whether it’s right for you or would like to discuss counselling options, please contact Frances Woods on 01382 200422.
Limited spaces are available. Priority will be given to carers, but further sessions can be arranged to accommodate anyone who misses out.
