Do you find it hard to get your point across in important meetings about services?
Whether it’s personal relationships or negotiating services for the person you care for, you are not the only one to wonder how to be more assertive. This NEW workshop will help you to explore exactly what we mean when we speak about ‘boundaries’ or ‘being assertive’, and we’ll share some ideas about ways to speak confidently about your own needs, including how to spot them in the first place.

PLEASE NOTE: All adult carers are welcome, but please be aware that the workshop is a general introduction and may not be applicable for people dealing with a coercive or controlling relationship (although signposting will be available if needed)
