Do you experience feelings of anger?

We can’t always control when difficult feelings come up, but we can improve our wellbeing by learning healthy ways to respond when they do.

Join us in a non-judgemental and supportive environment to explore tips and techniques to manage feelings of anger.

Limited spaces are available. Priority will be given to carers, but further sessions can be arranged to accommodate anyone who misses out.

An invite to the session will be sent to your email a couple of hours before the session. A video by Carers of Dundee staff on how to create a Google account and connect to these sessions is available here.
