Dundee Christmas Tree Festival

Sunday 1st December  until 15th December

Dundee’s very first Christmas Tree Festival gets underway in Wellgate on Sunday 1st December with over 30 trees decorated by the local business and charitable sectors going on display.

The “Caring About Christmas” event, taking place between 1st and 15th December, is a partnership between the City Centre Business Group DD-One and the Carers of Dundee with sponsorship by Tayside Forestry. They aim to raise awareness of unpaid carers and the organisations and services which are available across the city, to support them in their caring role.

The festival kicks off with an offical opening ceremony starting 12noon on 1st December, with childrens choir and other festive activities
